This position reports directly to a Senior Engineer and performs various land development and site system design tasks utilizing computer aided design software.
This position requires knowledge of land development codes, planning, permitting, soil classification, construction material testing and various environmental compliance fundamentals. This position also performs data entry and analysis, prepare reports, and performs other duties when assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to travel 20% of the work week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Construction Documents
- Develop Project Scopes of Work
- Conduct Field Inspections
- Collect & Manage Data
- Prepare Scientific Reports
Must Have
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
- AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Proficiency
- 5 -7 Years Industry Experience
- EIT Required (PE Preferred)
- OSHA 30 Certification - Construction
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Florida Building Codes
- Knowledge of Procore
- Knowledge of ARCGIS
- Ability to Travel
